All models feature premium construction, automatic ball return, and fast setup — the only difference is size.
Can I use the nets for simulator setups?
Yes. All Net Return™ models support simulator use when paired with the correct impact screen. The Pro Series 8, 9, 10, and XL are ideal for full simulator setups. The Home Series can also be upgraded with compatible screens and paired with launch monitors like SkyTrak+ or Garmin R10.
Do professional golfers use Net Return™ nets?
Yes. Net Return™ is used by top golfers including Bryson DeChambeau and Kyle Berkshire. In Europe, long drive athletes like Seb Twaddell, Matt Stubbs, and Bry Roberts train with our nets. Influencers such as Jeremy Nowak and Double Par Golf (UK) also feature them in content.
How do I set up the golf practice net?
Setup is quick and easy. Each net includes clear instructions and can be assembled in about 10–15 minutes. Our modular frame design makes it perfect for home use, studios, or garages.
Can I use the golf practice net indoors and outdoors?
Yes. All of our nets are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They are engineered for durability and performance in any environment.
Where are you based?
We are based in Capellen, Luxembourg — at the heart of Europe. This allows us to offer fast, reliable shipping across the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes between 5–10 business days depending on your location. We ship from Luxembourg using UPS or DHL with full tracking.
Are there any additional fees for international shipping?
Yes. Customers outside the EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are not included in our prices.
What is the return policy for your products?
We follow EU consumer law: you may return your order within 14 days if it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What should I do if my net arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service immediately. We’ll help you file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Yes. All Net Return™ nets come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. This covers materials and craftsmanship for your peace of mind.
Do you offer installment payments?
We are currently working on integrating Klarna to allow payment in 3 or 4 installments. Until then, secure payments can be made via credit card or PayPal.
Are your prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. All displayed prices include VAT for EU customers. Non-EU buyers will see prices excluding VAT at checkout.
Do all models support projector and screen use?
Yes — all models can be paired with simulator screens and projectors, as long as the correct screen/mount is selected. We offer accessories like the Golf Ramp and Projector Mount Kit to enhance your setup.
